R&CA and HTN introduce Mentoring and Supervision training
The Restaurant & Catering Industry Association of Australia (R&CA) is working with HTN to up skills today's industry professionals and future leaders.
There is an opportunity for Chef de Parties and above in the kitchen and front of house shift supervisors and above to participate in fully funded training in mentoring and supervision. This training will develop mentoring and supervisory skills in all participants with benefits including increased retention of staff, more harmonious workplace environment and increased productivity and efficiency in the workplace.
There is a requirement to attend a one day workshop in the R&CA head office in St Leonard's with the balance of training delivered online using industry leading training materials with support. Register your interest by emailing email@example.com or call 1300 139108.
The dates for the workshops are:
Monday 22nd February 9am-3pm
Tuesday 15 March 9am-3pm
Monday 11th April 9am-3pm
Monday 9th May 9am-3pm
Monday 20th June 9am-3pm
The training is an endorsed skill set, SITSS00021 Mentoring and Supervision, within the SIT12 training package. Upon completion all participants will receive a record of results. The R&CA RTO TOID is 6868.
